Current Project Bids for the Town of Jonesborough
VISITORS CENTER RESTROOMS REMODEL
The Town of Jonesborough is now accepting bids to remodel the public restrooms at the Visitors Center located on Boone Street in Jonesborough. Bids will be received at Town Hall, 123 Boone Street, Jonesborough, TN 37659 until 10:00 AM, Tuesday, July 07, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened.
FIRST FRONTIER TRAIL CONSTRUCTION LPRF GRANT PHASE I BID
The Town of Jonesborough is accepting sealed bids on the labor, materials, and equipment to construct approximately 11,980 square feet of concrete trail known as the First frontier Trail construction LPRF Grant Phase I, and 3,240 square feet of sidewalk on East Main Street; hereinafter identified as the Chapmans Reserve Section.
Construction of the LPRF Trail will be in the area of East Main Street, beginning at Headtown Road and traveling east to the Town’s corporate limits. Construction of the East Main Street sidewalk will be on East Main Street parallel to the Chapmans Reserve Development. The sealed bid should be labeled “First Frontier Trail Construction LPRF Crant Phase I Bid.”
Bids will be received until 11:00 a.m., July 07, 2026, at Town Hall, 123 Boone Street, Jonesborough, TN 37659, at which time they will be publicly opened. Bid specifications can be obtained from the Administration Office at Town Hall, or on-line at the Town of Jonesborough’s website under First Frontier Sidewalk Bid.
Plans for the project may be obtained in paper form at Town Hall, can be emailed to the bidder upon request, or viewed/downloaded on the Town of Jonesborough website under FIRST FRONTIER TRAIL CONSTRUCTION LPRF GRANT PHASE I BID.
