Traffic Update 8/16/2023

Service crews from M&M Pipe Services will begin Sewer Line Cleaning and Camera Inspection on Wednesday, August 16, 2023 along Depot Street between 3rd Avenue and S. Cherokee which may impact traffic flows.

We do not anticipate a complete road closure, but at times one lane may be closed to allow the crew to conduct service. This work will be mobile across the route. Once the Depot Street work is complete the crew will move to an area adjacent to Boone Street between Sabin Drive and Andrew Jackson Highway.

The work will primarily be conducted in the drainage way that flows between the Library and the Visitors Center but may impact areas of the parking lots along this route. This includes the following locations: Sabin Drive @ Whites Auto Parts, Library Parking Lot, Visitors Center Parking Lot, Post Office Parking Lot, Town Hall Parking Lot, and the entrance to the shopping area near Renasant Bank and Arby’s on the Southbound lane of Andrew Jackson Highway. The work will also be mobile across this area.
