Craft, Food Vendors and Parade Event Applications

There are a number of different events that crafter and food vendors may submit applications for consideration. The Town normally gets many applications and spots fill up quickly so please look for the submittal dates. Each of the listings below will have a contact name and number in case you need more information. Please note that the links will not work until we begin accepting applications or after the spaces are filled.

Jonesborough Christmas Parade 2025

Craft, Food Vendors and Parade Event Applications

The Christmas parade will take place December 13th at 6:00 pm

Christmas Parade Awards:

1. Grand Champion Award – “The Christmas Classic”

Presented to the overall best entry in the parade that captures the magic, creativity, and spirit of Christmas through a movie-themed design.

2. Best Walking Group – “The Buddy the Elf Spirit Award”

Awarded to the most entertaining walking group whose energy, costumes, and holiday joy light up the parade route—just like Buddy spreading Christmas cheer.

3. Community Giving Award – “The George Bailey Award”

Presented to the group or organization that goes above and beyond in supporting the community, including making a generous donation to the JAMA Food Pantry.

4. Best Vehicle/Float – “The Griswold Family Award”

Recognizes the float or vehicle with the most over-the-top decorations and dazzling holiday lights, Clark Griswold would be proud!

5. Best Youth Entry – “The Home Alone Award”

Presented to the best youth or school group whose creativity, teamwork, and holiday spirit remind us of the cleverness and heart of Kevin McCallister.

6. Most Creative Entry – “The Die-Hard Holiday Spirit Award”

For the most original and unexpected take on the Christmas movie theme. Yippee-ki-yay… it’s Christmas!

7. Most Festive Entry – “The Polar Express Award”

Given to the entry that brings the most warmth, wonder, and childlike excitement to the parade. Believers and non-believers alike can feel the Christmas magic

Jonesborough Days Festival 2024

Jonesborough Days will take place Thursday, July 4 through Saturday, July 6.

Parade takes place on July 4 at 10am.
Kick off Dinner takes place on the July 5 at 6pm.
Fireworks on July 6 at 10pm.
