The Town is working closely with Lollipop store owner Jeff Gurley to take the necessary steps to complete and submit the town’s Outdoor Use Permit Application regarding Yoda. We will work with Jeff on the review process and will share updates as they become available.

The Outdoor Use Permit is needed to utilize a portion of town sidewalks or right-of-ways on an ongoing basis to carry out business or other such activities along Main Street. There is NO FEE associated with this Permit.
